There does have this kind of green and peace in the outskirts of Beijing. Sometimes, I really miss Beijing and China. I know how chaotic it is there now in big cities such as Beijing....Well, still, I dream about my life after retirement....I will definitely live a quite life somewhere in China with a whole piece of green and peace....And I will go to the park to do the morning exercise, and talk with old people and friends in Mandarin; I will use time to make good food, take care of plants, read books, make some small things and do not bother to think much at all....

So beautiful, I love seeing these photos of your trip. It's like we get to visit too. Also, thank you so much for your advice with the left-handedness and violin. Now I am thinking it must be lack of practice on K's part. We need to push a little bit more. : ) She seems to have more easier time on the piano though.. It's still early yet, I think your sweet one has a true ability for the violin while mine still needs some searching. hehe. :D Hope you're having a good weekend!
Charming and peaceful post, your words, your photos. I try and imagine you retired in China. A quiet place with a small garden... a place I'd love to visit.
