I remembered that you commented on my shirt i was wearing in my Venice photos - my favourite shirt - I have 2 - a black one and the one I was wearing which is tiny black and navy stripes - it's from my favourite shop called COS (grown up H&M - owned by the same company). But i love the shape and have considered trying to make a pattern from one of them- a-line, with elastic round the high neck, 3/4 sleeves and some buttons down the back....maybe I will try!
